Microsoft Word Templates

When making Word Templates, I consider options that work across use cases: in-office vs. commercial printing, physical correspondence vs, digital. Self-print-friendly options are designed without incorporating bleeds or heavy areas of color, while full color variants feature the company’s brand color.

A set of letterheads made with home printing in mind. The pages feature sparse areas of color that do not extend off the edge of the page.
A selection of pages from a word template intended for commercial printing or web use that features a large green area on the front page, that extends to the page edge. There are also pages depicting a table of contents and section typography choices, as well as how the header changes from page to page.

Website & Email Signature Concepts

A laptop and phone depict a simple website, scrolling between the sections from top to bottom, to show the differences for desktop vs. mobile displays.

I explored a rework of the company website, designing and developing a working demo using HTML, CSS and some light Javascript.

A fixed navigation at the top of the screen that utilizes anchor links allows users to jump around to different sections of the homepage without having to scroll back to the top each time. The front page features simple employee business cards, info on scroll  with a separate team bio page to include more detailed information and employee credentials. 

I also explored email signatures, which can be copied from the browser and pasted into the appropriate section on Gmail. Utilizing the same employee portrait across multiple places allows them to be easily updated by saving a new image with the same name.
